You can pay online through our Tenant Portal ($2.00 ACH payments and 3.5% for Debit/Credit payments). You also have the option to bring your payment into our main office during business hours with a money order or cashier check, or you can drop off your payment in our mail slot at any time with a money order or cashier check. Make sure to always put your name and full address on your money order or cashier check. We do not accept cash or personal checks as payment.

We place all emergency repairs as a priority, even after hours. In the event of an emergency repair that materially affects the physical health or safety of an ordinary tenant after hours, please call our office and press 2 to leave a detailed message with your name, address, and the emergency request or you may submit it through your tenant portal. We receive these notifications immediately, and a team member will reach out. Air conditioning is not considered an emergency repair, however, we aim to handle these requests with priority when they are requested through the tenant portal, even after hours.

The tenant portal allows tenants to ask any questions and express concerns during business hours. Doing so via the tenant portal is the best way to get a response and to make sure your inquiry is received and not sent to spam.
